Dr. Jawaharlal Rohtagi Travelling Fellowship (1981)

To perpetuate the memory of Late Dr. Jawaharlal Rohatgi, freedom fighter, renowned physician and a seasoned politician, his illustrious daughter Dr. Chandra Kanta Rohatgi made a magnificent donation of Rs.u20000/- to establish a travelling fellowship in his name. It was further supplimented by Rs. 5000/- by the Surgical Foundation. This award is in the form of Cash amount of Rs. 2000/- given to a young member of the U.P. Chapter to learn a specific technique or teaching technology any where in the country.
